Earn the Right
This message begins a series focused on the heart of the Church and the personal call every follower of Jesus has to share the gospel. Drawing from Luke 15, we see God's relentless pursuit of the lost through the parables of a shepherd leaving ninety-nine sheep to find one and a woman turning her house upside down to recover a lost coin. These stories reveal a God who values every single person and rejoices when they’re found. But sharing that message can feel intimidating—many of us face fears of rejection, not knowing enough, or not being “good enough.” This sermon reminds us that the responsibility to change hearts belongs to God. Our role is to care, to speak, and to trust. Evangelism isn’t about perfection—it’s about compassion and courage. Because when we understand God’s heart for the lost, we begin to develop that same heart, and we realize: it’s a story worth sharing.
